Wrapper for mobile site, full of bugs Despite the fact that this 'app' is essentially a web browser pointed to a mobile site, the user experience is possibly the worst I've seen of it's kind. 1) back buttons in the app don't seem to work. 2) navigating to a detail view and pressing android's native back button doesn't return you to your place in the list. 3) There isn't any offline content and hundreds of thousands of people are nearby hammering WiFi locations and cellular bandwidth. So when you need the app to respond it might not.
Literally the worst app I've ever seen When you go to "Programs" it loads a page that says "Download our app on Google Play or continue to site"...I didn't have anything to do with this app and I am embarrassed on behalf of it. The iPhone app looks pretty decent from the screen caps on iTunes, how can WELL over half of the attendees be disregarded this blatantly? Comic-Con should be ashamed of itself. For various reasons, this just being one of the many. Don't even waste time with this thing unless they update it with something that took more than 25 seconds to slap together so they can at least say they have SOMETHING on Android.
Simply embarrassing I can't believe how unintuitive this app is. I'm insulted by how poorly this was realized - with an app this bad, why bother? It's terrible to begin with, but suffers even more compared to the iOS version. If you're going to build an Android app, do it properly - don't patronize us with this lazy garbage.
Gone back to the paper schedule. So disappointed with this app. 1 star for having info available but I was constantly having to refresh the app as it would stop loading the daily schedule part way through. And then I would have to scroll from the top. And I can either view by day OR Catagory (ie Panels) but not both.
I'd give it a 0 if I could This is terrible. Doesn't even show any of the schedules. Just a link to download the app or go to the mobile site. Don't bother downloading.
Just use the paper guide The lack of foresight, understanding of the deployment environment and utter novice programming/presentation logic/UI make this the wprst app I've ever tried to use. Dont bother downloading. 0 stars.
