I have installed an uninstalled and reinstalled the app three times so far over the last 6 months. The app continually drops songs. I don't believe I have heard one entire song from beginning to end without it being interrupted. The last time I installed it, it refused to even open, error message says air1 application keeps stopping. Judging by the dates on some of these complaints this is not a new problem. I have uninstalled it again and will not reinstall until app is updated.

We're sorry to hear about this. A new update has gone out (8.1.1), let us know if you continue having problems.

music is great, but the app stops playing after a couple minutes (app still appears to be open and on the display screen) and then after a couple minutes of not playing, it starts playing again. My husband had the same issue with this app on his phone the 1st day he downloaded it and used it, so he deleted it the same day. Also, even when I don't have it open, a box pops up stating there was an issue with the app and asking if I want to close it.

I love the music you guys play but whether I have service or not the music continually cuts out. It's extremely rare that I make it through a full song without it cutting out, usually it's multiple times in a song. Because of that I usually end up frustrated and uninstalling the app. Because I love what you guys play I usual end up trying again some time later, only to uninstall it again for the same reason
