Absolute scam. I downloaded the app so we could get food and use the online deals, as one would assume the app was for. for lack of word space, my bud and I had our cards denied a few times before it went through. venmo is set up to give you receipts immediately,so I got the notification. The app said there was still stuff in the cart but I figured it was a glitch. it wasn't, I had to reorder after walking 15 minutes to the store. still got charged twice, and my bud 3 times.

App works fine, if your order gets messed up don't expect anything to be done. Placed an order for almost $80, they gave a $3 coupon for 1 missing item. All the lettuce was old and ruined the taste of the food, they wouldn't do anything else to make up for the ruined food. Not to mention it takes forever to get past talking to a virtual assistant.

I hate companies that have expiring rewards. I'm sorry but so long as you are using the app your points should never expire, if you become inactive I can understand, but this whole thing is just forcing you to spend so much if you want to reach a valuable reward in a certain time period. Remove the rewards expiring and offer good deals. The deals have been the same for over a year and most of the deals are hardly a deal or are expensive family bundles.
