If you're able to get this app to work on your phone, you're one of the lucky ones. I don't know what happened but in whatever update they've done recently, it erased my stored payment info, and every time I try to re-add it, it freezes up. I've force-stopped the app, cleared the cache and stored data, uninstalled the app, rebooted my phone, reinstalled the app, AND IT STILL REMEMBERED ME WITHOUT HAVING TO LOG IN!! I've spent nearly a half hour trying to get this going but I give up.

Pretty horrible app so far. Just like any fast food restaurant app, their support for a delivery issue is non existent. Its been 24 hours since my issue and I still can't connect to their support. There's no number or email to contact. You just try to connect to a digital assistant that consistently encounter "technical errors". Update: The auto response for reviews here leads to the same useless support except in browser form but it still comes up with technical errors. This has to be a joke.

I inputted T-Mobile offer code, didn't hit redeem as to avoid some possible error while I nothing in cart and wasn't at checkout page yet. Turns out I lost the reward forever now. Almost decided to just not eat anymore. Very clean interface, works as intended. Slightly unintuitive: inability to add items to cart when stores closed; was redirected to item menu when starting my order from an already selected item on the Home, Offers tabs. In-app receipts for rewards and orders cannot be found.
