While mostly easy to use, the app does have some challenges that are not intuitive. You can't just click something to change your mind (pre selected sides, for instance, or wing flavor). You have to unclick the one they pre select in order to pick the one you want. It would be much simpler to simply click what you want without the frustration of trying to figure out why you can't select something and then finally figuring out what you actually have to do.

Terrible app that just gets worse and worse with each update. The rewards points are no longer good. They changed it so that you can only get garbage menu items AND they cost more points now. Every single item forces you into a combo. A la cart orders of chicken in the app are not possible. App does not allow you to get half/half classic/spicy chicken.

Just about as bad as a customer-facing app can possibly be. After 20 minutes of using it in the store (for an "app only" deal), it finally worked. I was told the deal was only available with the app after starting the order at the counter. It is not often that an app which was developed to make thinks easy will so effectively drive customers away.
