I cant believe we went from enerbank perfectly working app to this that doesnt even offer a place to log in.

Horrible company! I would give zero stars if I could! You can only get your loan balance by calling their "customer service" number and sitting on hold for quite some time. If you make extra payments, not all of your extra payment will go towards the principle. You cannot get any loan info from logging into your account on their website or from this app. Stay away from this bank!!!!!!!

This app like their web site is utterly useless to existing loan customers. No way to access your account or make payments. Not the worst app I have ever downloaded but VERY close to it. And to all the employees of Enerbank posting the contractor only clause, maybe all these 1 star reviews are the symptom of a greater Enerbank problem.
