Ratings and reviews

Compared to other financial apps, this is one of the better ones I've used. Have to pay attention when signing in, when entering password, sometimes it jumps back to username and you have to reenter all of your username and password. Once in the app while viewing your transactions, when scrolling down it is overly sensitive and will open a side selection bar. Easy to get back to what you want to view but a nuisance none the less.

the app is good the bank has been for me a complete mistake to get an account with. this bank places holds on your account for various reasons including - rental cars- new account- withdrawal - cashapp transfers- ATM withdrawal and more. I do suggest you inquire before starting an account to know what all they have restrictions on. if you don't want to spend precious time calling customer service to remove holds/fraud checks skip this bank.

I have been having an issue with this app ever since I downloaded it. Half my screen disappears when I swipe up while looking at my transactions. I have contacted my local branch and they have contacted support to no avail! I HAVE uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It worked for a day before the issue started again. Don't blame this on my phone as Support has and just fix this issue.
