Very bad customer service In addition to many technical problems in the application and voice service They treat you in the worst way, as if you were poor when you asked for one of your rights, and most of the gifts are fake, One of the worst mobile networks in Egypt. One of the employees from the currency service tried to trick me into deleting the rating, but he did not solve the problem and was satisfied with tricking me.

the problem is that there's a message being sent to me approximately every 30 minutes and when I tried to chat with their service to stop it that's what the bot says "We apologize, but your line system currently does not support chat customer service. The service will be available to all e& customers soon"

My evaluation is for the Etisalat company, not for the application. It is really one of the worst companies we can deal with ever, and I really sooooo regret to switching to this company. I do not recommend this company to anyone at all don't repeat the same mistake I made in fact, if there was a rating less than zero, I would have to evaluate the company with it..
