About this app

EV-BOY Pulse turns EV battery data into a clear, useful verdict.

Built and validated first for Nissan LEAF and BMW i3 drivers, it helps you understand battery condition, 12V behaviour and stored fault codes without having to interpret a wall of numbers.

Battery verdict, with context

See a plain-English battery verdict alongside battery health, charge, usable capacity and cell-balance context. Reading confidence helps you understand whether a result is ready to rely on or would benefit from a better test condition.

12V probe

Check the auxiliary 12V system with a guided sample collection. EV-BOY Pulse shows progress, a stable reading and simple guidance when the result is worth checking further.

Faults explained

Scan supported stored diagnostic trouble codes and see a plain-English explanation, severity and sensible next step. Clear the noise and focus on what to look at next.

Made for Nissan LEAF and BMW i3 first

Nissan LEAF and BMW i3 are the first fully validated vehicle profiles. Other EV profiles such as Peugeot and Kia will be added as they are validated.

EV-BOY Pulse provides model-based diagnostic guidance from on-board data. It is not a manufacturer inspection, warranty decision or guarantee. Always use professional diagnosis for safety-critical, persistent or urgent vehicle faults.

Data safety

Safety starts with understanding how developers collect and share your data. Data privacy and security practices may vary based on your use, region, and age. The developer provided this information and may update it over time.

What’s new

Steadier connections

If your connector doesn't answer when you plug in, Pulse now frees it up and
tries the connection again instead of settling for a half-working link. If it
still won't answer, the dashboard says so and tells you what to do.

Reading confidence is more honest too: time on a rapid charger no longer counts
as driving, so charging can't overstate how confident a health reading is.
