APParejadores 3.0 is the new version of the application developed by the Madrid Surveyors Association and one of the most ambitious technological bets in the sector. This new version implements new improvements, more utilities for the building professional and added capabilities. NEW TOOLS
The heart of the new version 3.0 of the app in its practical aspect resides in the “Tools” icon. The new application includes, as a novelty, the updated files for checking the accessibility of "public spaces", "buildings for public use" and "buildings for private use", approved by the Plenary of the Council for the Promotion of Accessibility and Suppression of Barriers of the Community of Madrid. These sheets can be completed on site by the surveyor to generate preliminary reports in PDF format during their visits to properties in order to obtain the visa.
