在這平台預訂了一間由合作夥伴提供的度假屋，本想出發前問度假屋房東入住指引，我都send 了兩次email 給房東，但都沒有回覆，所以我在免費取消期限前兩天取消，但取消過程中要我上合作夥伴的預約網站協助，我去到合作夥伴預約網站上取消預約，選擇了預訂的度假屋的詳情時，就出現［抱歉，我們系統錯誤］， 嘗試了好幾次都一樣，之後就聯絡專員可以幫忙取消，最後得出就是因為度假屋用第三方網站，專員都幫不到取消，要我去第三方網站取消，去到第三方網站都不能取消，為什麼預訂可以聯繫其他網站在這平台預訂？已取消就要去其他指定預訂網站取消？我覺得在推卸責任，到了免費取消期限都不能取消預訂， 現在時間和金錢上我都有損失，所以不建議大家使用

訂了旅宿要查詢，很不便利，要退宿，系統就是一直連不上，一直轉圈圈，其他訂房網沒有這種情形，耗了一整天時間處理，真的浪費時間，不會想使用這個app訂房了，也不推薦朋友使用
