Ratings and reviews

I cannot make any transactions. Esewa/fund transfer/ips nothing is working for the past few days. It constantly says that the feature isn't available for you visit branch.

The app is very buggy. Haven't been able to set up my email for months now. It crashes alot. Haven't been able to transfer money for 30 mins. The login takes 2-3 mins. And sometimes I'm not able to login. The buffer screen has been loading forever.

🙏🙏 I am extremely disappointed with the service of Kamana Sewa Bank. Their customer support is very slow and unhelpful. Even simple requests take an unreasonable amount of time, and the staff do not provide clear information. For customers living abroad, the service feels almost impossible to use. This bank seriously needs to improve its communication, responsibility, and professionalism.
