Absolutely useless app! Trying to log in on a new phone, but I NEVER receive the OTP code! Every other bank app works smoothly without any issues, but Kamana Sewa's app is a complete failure. How are customers supposed to access their own money if you can't even send a simple SMS code? The technical team needs to wake up and fix this terrible OTP system immediately. Extremely frustrating and worst user experience ever!

in other banks, mbl banking, we can activate and make transactions without filling form. but in kamana, we need to personally go to the bank and fill out the form, and the customer service is worse here.and other things is that if we need to go to the bank, then why is there an option to activate mbl banking in the app.
