With KS iMobile application, you can access and manage your Kamana Sewa accounts to perform the following services

• View your account balances and last 5 transaction statements.
• Transfer funds between your applicable Kamana Sewa bank accounts.

• Pay bills to utilities like Postpaid, NTC Landline, and Credit Cards.

• Recharge Vouchers for NTC prepaid, NTC CDMA, Broad-link, Smart Cell and Dish-home.
• Locate Branches, ATM's and Merchants with its route navigation.

• Shake to get last frequently used menus.

🙏🙏 I am extremely disappointed with the service of Kamana Sewa Bank. Their customer support is very slow and unhelpful. Even simple requests take an unreasonable amount of time, and the staff do not provide clear information. For customers living abroad, the service feels almost impossible to use. This bank seriously needs to improve its communication, responsibility, and professionalism.

This is the worst mobile banking app in Nepal. There is a code reset option in the app, but when I try to use it, I'm told I have to visit a branch to reset my password or PIN. If I still have to go to a branch, then why even include the reset option in the app? It's not customer-friendly at all. They deduct service charges whenever they want without the customer’s permission, but when a customer needs to change their password or PIN, they insist on a branch visit

I’m a completely new user of this app, and I’ve been facing serious issues during the mobile banking activation process. Despite granting all necessary permissions to the SMS and the app itself, I never received the OTP. I’ve tried at least 20 times, and the same issue keeps happening over and over again. Honestly, the app feels extremely buggy. On top of that, the customer service is terrible—I’ve called 10 times, and no one has answered even once. very very bad experience
