Absolutely a refined quality product and super useful tool. As an audiophile I can't get enough of these glasses. Battery life is great, transition lenses could be a little darker and quicker ( hopefully they can sell replacement better lenses in the future) and they are comfortable for all day wear. That said the improvements keep coming via update, keep up the great work 👍🏾

while connecting my glasses with this app allows me to import photo and video, it disconnects the audio on my meta glasses. it won't work again until i factory reset the glasses. app is worthless. edit: for the record, there was a reply instructing to me to contact support. I did and they ended up having no solution, and asking me to file a warranty report with Ray-Ban. useless company, useless app, useless glasses. Meta makes terrible products, they admit to helplessness on. No refund.

Nice glasses, but don't work. I have had these for four days and today after a call, the microphone has completely stopped working. I didn't even leave my desk. I followed the guide for microphone troubleshooting and still doesn't work. No audio can be heard from me on calls any longer, and Hey Meta doesn't work. These are now useless.
