Ratings and reviews

It has come a long way for the app. Much faster search and less cumbersome finding the required items I need. One suggestion - improve on each item page to allow:- 1. Bigger view of the picture. 2. Provide suggested/related/possible going-to-buy items after added current item to basket to help buyers 'think' as they may have missed out (and of cos sale)

The app takes forever to launch and most of the time it doesn't open at all. Can you imagine the long queue waiting behind me for the app to open. Unfortunately, I have to forego most of the points simple because the app doesn't work!

Terrible interface. I added common items on a different address and changed my address midway and most items became out of stock and removed BEFORE even picking delivery date. You mean most things are out of stock forever? I can choose a later delivery date just so I can have the items I want right? It keeps doing this and I have to try to remember what the items I wanted were. I got so frustrated I didn't even want to order anymore. Redmart is much easier to order from
