A great plan! It's the first time I have ever gone on a diet - so was overdue. This has completely changed the way I regard portion sizes, and consider calories. The meals are very, very good - on a par with Waitrose. The main meals tend to be the main ingredient of the meal, so add tons of veg/salad and you'll be fine. The breakfast museli is taste! Chuck a banana or some blueberries on and your very happy. The website is a breeze to use. You can update your next order as you try out your current selection. All in all a very good idea, an excellent service and I lost 6kg in the first 4 weeks. Definitely worth giving it a try. There are usually deals to be had for your first two months. Thanks.
There are still some foods this app struggles to find calories for but on the whole it does a great job. I love the ability to scan a barcode and have my food entered for me. I do wish there was a way to customize restaurant food toppings though. I don't have the ability to add the spinach and onion I get on my Subway sandwich or take off the tomato from my burger. On the whole though having this app has definitely helped with my weight loss, 10 lbs down!
Really like this app. There are some foods missing but you can enter them in yourself using information from packets, and it saves them so you can use them again. Easy to use and unfussy. It also breaks down your nutrient profile, showing you graphs which meals in the day the most sugars are coming from for example. Great for tracking things like fiber and sugar consumption and optimising your diet.
I am not a person who leaves reviews, but this app is so good that I had to! It is so well organized, layout is very simple, its free and with no ads! How amazing! It helps a lot if you are a flexible eater, who eats everything, but still want to keep track of macros, calories and your overall progress. Love it!
This is an excellent app but please do not force me to switch from the classic version as you keep threatening. I also have no interest in interacting with "the community" and frankly couldn't care less what anyone else thinks and has eaten. Why you feel the need to make change for change's sake is beyond me. The app works superbly as it is and classic mode is simple and effective. I am happy to pay to keep things as they are but if you force this change upon me, I will have no choice but to uninstall the app and find an alternative.
I've used this for years! It's easy to use, allows you to enter in alot of your own food, has a massive database. I love how much is available for restaurants. Only draw back is I would like to see the fitness side incorporated with the food side a little more, and a little accuracy on what is burned. The food tracker is amazing though!! Oh, and I was able to let my trainer have access!
