Love my bank, hate this update. Wow, this is a terrible new interface. I thought people were exaggerating. Nope, it's terrible. Was bad enough I couldn't check my balance without jumping through 5 hoops, this morning, with little to no notice. Clumsy drop down menus with windows 95 icons, tiny text, and office calander vibes. Yuck. What was wrong with the very user-friendly version we were forced to delete?? I liked the last version a lot. So easy and intuitive. Please reboot back, thanks.

Terrible format and update. Could not get into my account whatsoever today. A message pops up saying a system error has occurred try back later. I've tried all day long and cannot get in. Now app is telling me that i have wrong credentials. Everything was working fine a couple days ago, FFCU needs to fix this ASAP! I have been with FFCU for over 15 years. This is completely unacceptable!

I like this app because it is useful to check my bank account and transfer money without having to go to the bank or an ATM. I get super frustrated, however, because my husband and I have a joint bank account and we both have this app to log into our account, and it keeps making me verify my device even though my husband and I have gone through the verification process many times. My device is never recognized so there are times I cannot log in to check our account. Super frustrating!
