The app is misleading. During account creation, it gives the impression that the debit card is free. However, after completing the signup process, it turns out that the debit card is actually paid. This information should be clearly disclosed upfront before users invest their time and complete verification. I used this app for transactions and deposited PKR 20,000 into my account. Later, the app restricted my access and asked for account verification. Even after providing the required details, my account was not verified, and my money is now stuck. There was no clear warning before depositing money, and the app allowed me to add funds without proper verification. Now, customer support is not responding properly, and I am unable to withdraw or use my balance. This appears to be fraudulent behavior.

My Finja account is blocked due to a biometric error while trying to update my account limit. When I tap “Update Account Limit,” a “Please wait” message flashes briefly and nothing happens. Money in my account is stuck. I have contacted Finja on all platforms but received no response. Please resolve this issue and unblock my account urgently, otherwise I will have to file a complaint with the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
