The app constantly asks about paperless billing even after declining the option. This is asked every time you open the app. It is an absolute annoyance. I have called into tech support and they have said there is no option for the app to not ask about paperless billing unless you enroll in it. Besides that the app works well. I'd be happy to change the review if they correct the issue.

fnbo constantly lowers credit limit . I had no issues with my card or credit score. I went on vacation, used this card and my credit score dropped 9 points .I have autopay set up since I received this card ,no issues until I used it while on vacation. there are way better cards out there. I'm getting away from this company, I do not recommend.

the hardest app to try to use. the phone number to call that's listed on the statement isn't for scheels. the actual scheels app isn't what is used to make a payment. then when you go online and enter a website, even that doesn't show anything to do with scheels. finally looked up a number and the rep gave me a new password, so I could update everything and now it finally can take a payment. none of my other banking or credit cards apps are never this difficult to work thru.
