I wasn't able to log into the app at all. I tried a few months ago and now again. Still nothing.....

Won't let me log in into account. says I've been locked out. the only phone number that it gives is the 501..which leads to the recording of the 987 number on the back of the card, which leads to no history or info of the card except what I get if I call like always... balance, available, due date, the option to report my card lost or stolen and the option for a pin. Nothing for the website or access except for the run around.
Will not load Hit and miss on actually loading. 9 times out of 10 it won't load the information. Enter log in info and that's as far as I can get!! Sucks for those of us who like mobile banking. Thought after a couple weeks it would get better but it hasn't, if anything it's worse!!
Worst app ever. Every single time there is an update, it gets worse. Again, I cannot log in even thigh I've verified on my pc the correct password. When I use the "forgot password" option, it sends me right back to the log in page.
