as a long time buyer of 5 guys. I'm getting a little fatigued by the high prices, lack of deals, lack of rewards and just everything about how expensive it is. as it stands, I will be taking a long break from this restaurant, and exploring other just as good affordable options. I just can't justify the price anymore. app works fine.

the app itself is made okay. it's ui trips on itself a bit but the issue is that there's no good way to get issues resolved. restaurants will get orders wrong. that's a guarantee. what isn't acceptable is having to Google assistance after the text line sends you to the restaurant who says they can't help you, so you call door dash who says they can't help you and sends you to the five guys app that'll send a report to the restaurant that couldn't help you in the first place. it took 30 minutes.

It's quite possible this is the worst restaurant app out of all apps. Basic functionality doesn't work. I cannot add an item to the cart, then go read a text, and then come back to the cart and still have the item in it. Unreal. also, it is too hard to reorder items from a previous order. I get errors telling me they no longer offer little cheeseburgers. of course they do
