If I could give this app a negative star I would. They were running a BOGO burger deal but you could only order through the app or online. Both the app and website are down or not functioning - basically gives me a network error every time I try to do anything or checkout - and they said they can't discount in store. Basically "sorry too bad." The five guys technical side is apparently awful. Will make sure I don't bother eating here again for wasting so much of my time.

We sincerely apologize. We vastly underestimated response to our 40th Birthday offer and let our customers and crews down. We take full responsibility. This app has gotten worse. You used to be able to choose either "extra" or "light" for ingredients (e.g. extra pickles, light onions), but now you only have two choices - take it or leave it. No matter how far in advance you submit your order, they don't start your fries until you walk in the door. This is both good and bad. Five Guys takes a lot of pride in their french fries, and rightfully so, so waiting to make them ensures that they're as fresh and crisp as possible when you get them.

The app hardly works when it comes to checking out. I can place an order as such, but a 403 error comes up as I try to check out. I used Google Pay, which debited my card, but the Five Guys store didn't have it in their system. It REALLY needs to be fixed because it's very inconvenient to pay for something that you didn't get. At least the store made the order after showing the order info and proof of how the app screwed up after placing an order.
