had recent loss of internet due to bad weather. I have not able to connect images to my cell phone since. Called Lorex support. Tech was extremely rude and was unwilling to take the time to help solve my problem. I have live view on my TV but cannot connect to Android cellphone. At this point my security system is useless. I don't understand why this is such a difficult problem to correct. I guess no one at Lorex is smart enough to correct this problem.

Overall this app was working great, other than sn excess of notifications, but 12 cameras can make that happen easy. However today I had a power outage and my events aren't updating. I have the motion sensors activated as well as push notifications, everything id set up correctly but motion detection is no longer triggering an event so thus no push notification gets sent be cause of there is no event being recorded. Help please, it's taken away the best feature of having an app.

This Android version of Lorex Cloud works on my old phone and a tablet. It was easy to install on the tablet but extremel difficult on the phone as starting it there caused a VERY long EULA to try to open in a separate window and even after finally opening and navigating through that lengthy doc while expanding it's many sections the button to accept it in order to submit agreement would not change to checked until it was pressed very precisely about a dozen times (no idea what eventually ....
