When the airline launched, they bragged about being a tech company and how the app was all you needed. Using the app on Pixel 6 Pro is impossible. After choosing seats for 2 passengers, you cannot get to next prompt for luggage due to that portion hidden below the bottom panel. I wonder how many bookings they have lost due to people not being able to get past that screen

Very stupid. They tell you to download the app (which isn't necessary) instead of navigating to the website. But then the app literally tells you to go to the website. You can't sign in on the app while on the plane, and the website doesn't work because the stupid on-board Wi-Fi blocks their own website. Like, how do they actually manage to sell Wi-Fi on these planes? Stupid. Also, please partner with T-Mobile with their free onboard Wi-Fi deal. That's much more straightforward.

I have had nothing but positive experiences thus far! The website is super easy to maneuver through. I can cancel or change my airfare with no fees. The planes are newer and spacious. Ifly to Vero Beach often. If I had to complain about anything...it would about Breeze changing the itinerary from 6am to 12pm flight. I liked the early flight best!
