Ratings and reviews

When it works it's great for check-in and viewing your boarding pass. But they really need to improve the reliability, you shouldn't need to manually refresh every time you open it to view upcoming bookings. It feels like you're navigating a webpage rather than an app intended to be used on a phone at times. Their closest yellow competitor has a much better app. Luckily the Frontier website is good and more reliable, especially for booking.

Easy enough to use. when I first booked, it got stuck processing for an hour. Finally refreshed, I got charged more. Just checked in and noticed plenty of open rows, so I switched to a seat of the same price got charged for that switched it back still getting charged... I understand the need for profit, but nickle and diming me at every turn isn't okay.

Not functional. App always has "network error". I have tried sveral times on different days, and have deleted and reinstalled app four times. It is a bad joke, and I also suspect it is on purpose so they can charge you the $20 or $25 service fee per flight to print boarding passes. You can print the first one at home, but on the road? Hate to trash this airline as sometimes the fares are fantastic, especially when you don't need a bag, but sometimes you get (or don't) what you pay for.
