good pizza, but app doesn't work at all. I tried to create an account and no matter what password I put in, it said that it wasn't a valid password (yes, it had lowercase/uppercase letters, numbers, symbols, all that jazz, it just doesn't work). you cant track your order, the way the deals are presented makes it hard to tell if you've gotten the discount or not. you would be better off just yelling out your window what pizza you want rather than dealing with this nonsense.

Haven't been able to log into my account in months. Password reset link doesn't work (yes.... I've checked the junk folder). No number to call. My local store gave me a corporate number but they won't return my calls. I've also tried the online help link on the website with no help. No telling how many points/ rewards I've lost since I've started having issues with this. Hopefully the quality of the food don't drop. it's the only thing keeping me here.

Update did fix glitch saying my order was not associated with the account but points to redemption increased from 80 to 100. No dark mode. Finally, and most importantly, used a $10 off coupon on a $10 order - said total was $0.00. But would not let me check out saying that there was no payment method selected. There was no option to add one (I also have my card info saved to my account). The only way to get it to let me choose a payment was to add a tip but didnt want to tip since it was takeout
