Ratings and reviews

The app has some issues in regards to having to sign in each time its opened, and order timer. However, no issues to place orders, no issues navigating the app, your rewards are kept intact, checkout is not an issue, and more importantly the use of the app saves me money via the rewards. Their product is also much better than some more recognized national brands. The app flaws just don't overcome the overall benefits.

The food and delivery are great, it's the app that's frustrating. Never remembers me (even when I check 'Remember me for 30 days'), keeps changing if I need to choose my discounts or coupons at start or end of order, and today it wouldn't start up when I clicked on my location. I had to order via web instead of the app. It used to work effectively, but not anymore. Update: Couldn't even use the app this week. I'm a weekly customer... but may have to change to another pizza place!

6 8/13/24: Still has the same useless progress tracker. 6/2024: Still has the same useless progress tracker. Always amazed at restaurants that ask for a tip when you haven't eaten the pizza yet and they just hand it to you over the counter. 4/2024: When you have a feature for tracking ANYTHING if it doesn't stay open/live and update the progress periodically, you're not tracking ANYTHING. You progress tracker is useless.
