Ratings and reviews

If you look almost all the five star reviews are over a year or two old. A super slow lazy app that almost never works. I can't really control how my car has the heat settings or anything from the app. If I want to remotely start it. The fact I need to have Wi-Fi makes this almost completely useless as my Wi-Fi does not go all the way into my garage Lolo in my driveway. Also, when I turn off my car and open the door the Bluetooth still stays on for 30 minutes. This app and car sucks

Would be great. But only tells you where your vehicle is. Not if the its in park and the doors are locked/unlocked. A simple tell you status of lock/unlocked doors. super simple. but missing. A locked or unlocked status would make the experience much more usable. Could be 5/5.... but Ford has chosen to not add this simple addon to the app. Kinda a waste.

This app has not been reliable for me. I can't start, unlock, precondition, set departure times, etc. I've reinstalled the app, cleared cache, restarted the phone, been patient waiting for it to load, and nothing happens. This has happened multiple times and I have a great connection so I'm going to stop trying to be fancy and go shovel the snow so I can get to my truck and warm it up before I need to leave. It is pretty cool when it does work, unfortunately, I fight with it more than I enjoy it
