I use the app everyday and find it very helpful! I love how much stuff you can use for free. I have lost 7lbs by using the app. I really recommend it!Only downside is the calories, serving sizes and products could be pretty off from what it actually is. One barcode on breakfast hot pockets goes to a different product and I sent in an image of the actual product to show they don't match and they won't update it. Just keep telling me my photo doesn't match the product. Lol no kidding!

It's a good app. I appreciate being able to scan barcodes. But for when we manually log in foods that aren't found, there should be an option to add any nutrients that aren't on the provided list. I was trying to log my vitamins but couldn't find the nutrients I needed to log. Also I kinda wish I could log in exercises other than walking or running. Like crunches, Russian twist etc... I think that would be pretty helpful.

This is more than just a calorie tracking app. It allows you to track so much more, like sodium, cholesterol, fiber, vitamins, minerals, and exercise. It has been an eye opener. It does everything Noom does regarding tracking, plus more and doesn't require that you work with a coach or do lessons, etc. They have optional articles and recipes, etc., but it is up to you if you want to take advantage of it. Plus, it is a more budget friendly option.
