Ratings and reviews

The receipt system is problematic. They occasionally have several offers for the exact same restaurant, just the listed neighborhood different (it's still the same zip code and if you know NYC a neighborhood can be called multiple names) I activated all the offers. They declined a few of them stating that offers were different locations of the restaurant. A simple Google maps search could have determined these are for the location I ate at. In addition if duplicates aren't allowed, don't post it

Ever since they updated the app to link a credit card/upload a receipt instead of connect to a bank account via Plaid, it's been so buggy. My videos have been pending payment for weeks. If I didnt get a receipt, it definitely does NOT link to my credit card, even after typing it in every so often. Fix this please. It used to be such a great app.

I was a very loyal Franki user for over a year, recommending it to friends whenever and wherever I could. The experience was seamless, posting was fun, and collecting rewards was simple. I was always excited to check if a new place was on Franki! Since the update, getting receipts accepted is a pain. Half the time I forget, didn't get a receipt, or they just aren't accepted. My card is connected but that doesn't seem to matter at all. Please bring back the experience I loved!
