Took a star off because support did not address the main issue of why do I have to submit a receipt even though my card is successfully linked. It is Every. Single. Restaurant. All the ones I've gotten rewards before and all new ones. Receipt submission is clumsy and their AI text reader makes you resubmit often. But I shouldn't even need to submit a receipt to begin with, and that's a huge problem. Hopefully someone is working on it. 5 stars back if it is fixed.

The new version requires a receipt to be submitted for Amex cards ( which is my primary card ). This is a hassle but not a big one. I did just that. But 6 days later I am being told that I need to resubmit that receipt. Obviously they expect that most people do not keep receipts for long time and they will not have to pay rewards. This is very underhanded trick. AVOID this app. Not worth your time. And it will only get worse

Ever since the new update and submit receipt option appear, I no longer am getting cash back. It has been 2 weeks and missed cashback in 15+ restaurants. I loved this app and was easy to use until the new update. It has been pretty much useless and zero cash back received. It seems others are having the same issue. You have to link your cc and also submit a receipt. I have not been able to upload more than 1 receipt at a time and it take over a week to get 1 cashback from 1 offer.
