Incomplete app that does not seem to live up to Garmin tech standards - primarily that you don't seem to be able to schedule repeating events or exercise. Lots of data which may not be exportable. Haven't had the opportunity to set way points yet. Don't know if Garmin Connect interacts with Basemap, HuntX, AllTrail, and/or other outdoor mapping programs; I assume it won't. Nice watch displays, but...

Garmin delivers a lot of useful information, but lacks on being a a great app. This is the flag ship app for there fitness trackers/watches. It severely lacks the polish and flow of a 2022 app and it's almost 2023. Alot of the apps styling reminds me of Android honeycomb os. It just looks dated. They have left a lot on the table as far as flow and function as well. It feels scattered and unorganized. They emphasize runners "WAY" to much. There is more to fitness than running and golf 🤔🤔🫤

I've been using it for two years. It's great overall. Edit: now at almost 3 years. It is still solid, but sometimes it's hard to find the right settings. They tend to be spread across multiple places with an real logic. Also hard to sift through the many activity types I don't use to get to the ones I do use. It's been very reliable for me.
