Very inconsistent experience. Yes, I get to talk with my girlfriend while she's hiking the Appalachian Trail, but it becomes difficult when the app does not send me notifications on time (if at all), and additionally becomes more inefficient when my messages are sent out of order when successfully gaining connection to the Garmin device that she has. But, at least it's something.

I am just trying to renew my subscription for my inreach Garmin mini2. I have been going in circles trying to do so. I'm not sure why you guys have to make it so flipping hard to renew the subscription. Why do you insist making it so hard I don't know??!! your product is expensive than the first place I would think that you would make it easier for people to actually renew their subscriptions. I am beyond frustrated with your app.

Least user friendly app/site. Trying to pair my In Reach 2 thru the messenger app and it won't pair so I go to the website, it says to check if you have products attached to account (I do not) You have to have a subscription 1st. There's a link that takes you to the messenger app. EXCEPT there is no where on the app to subscribe! It says to DL 2 other Garmin apps to sub but then there is no way to sub! Also, no way to sub on website. Tried the help page but no help. Returning item.
