Very inconsistent experience. Yes, I get to talk with my girlfriend while she's hiking the Appalachian Trail, but it becomes difficult when the app does not send me notifications on time (if at all), and additionally becomes more inefficient when my messages are sent out of order when successfully gaining connection to the Garmin device that she has. But, at least it's something.

I am just trying to renew my subscription for my inreach Garmin mini2. I have been going in circles trying to do so. I'm not sure why you guys have to make it so flipping hard to renew the subscription. Why do you insist making it so hard I don't know??!! your product is expensive than the first place I would think that you would make it easier for people to actually renew their subscriptions. I am beyond frustrated with your app.

Have tried for 2 days to pair my garmin device. Garmin Explore app works fine. This app will pair, but then says its not immediately after. It says "connected" but that it "needs attention" which is too vague to be helpful. Many resets, reinstalls , forgeting blutooth to no avail. Ive read their online support. No help there. The elephant in the room is, why arent these apps integrated into one app? Needlessy complicated, in several ways.
