After the recent updates even though the wifi shows camera is connected but in side the app it shows offline..checked the connection it is connected but app keeps showing offline and sometimes when the camera suddenly becomes available as soon as I pan or tilt a few times it gets stuck and the goes offline even when connected to continuous power supply

Unable to see the footage uploaded to the cloud. Cloud storage is a premium paid service. When I contacted the customer support, they ask us to share login credentials to check the issue (!) and even then they they can see footage on the cloud but I am not able to on any of my device even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Then they say, they will send different APK over a WhatsApp link and ask me to install that app! What kind of ridiculous and unsafe methods they follow & advise!!

In this app, please add a reverse button to watch recorded videos, and include a speed option in the forward button. Also, provide an option to delete recorded videos from memory day-wise. One more most important thing — the battery level keeps showing fluctuations, and the continue recording option is linked to the battery level. Please remove this battery-based restriction, because at night when the battery drops from 80% to 60%, the recording stops even during uninterrupted recording mode.
