Taking their cloud subscription is useless. The mobile app always fails to buffer the video from cloud. Limited to 9 downloads at a time. Download speed is too too slow, looks like speed is restricted from cloud/server. Device capture is not great either. Better to go with different brand.

Only access to 3 days footage from memory card. For viewing memory card saved footage before 3 days need premium cloud access. Not worth investing in this camera as well as sdcard and also data access. This is completely cheating for not allowing customers to view their own footage stored on memory card we need to take premium cloud subscription. their camera quality is bad and not up to the mark. not worth opting for cloud.

The videos don't load from notifications now after the update. Trying to sell their cloud update like anything. we have laready purchased the camera, if the app won't work properly there is no sense in this. Need to go to consumer court if it's not fixed.
