The Blue Cross® and Blue Shield® Federal Employee Program (FEP) Overseas app is for members submitting medical claims for services received outside of the United States, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Virgin Islands. It also covers services received while on a U.S. military base or on a cruise ship. If you received medical services in any other place, you should submit your claim to your local Blue Cross Blue Shield plan.

Just like the old FEP Blue app, this one too doesn't work. My web login didn't work so I tried creating a new account specifically for the app. While registering, it accepted my member ID number and personal info, but when it came time to create a password, of all stupid places, the app failed. It keeps saying the password must be 10 characters and contain upper and lower case letters, a number, and a special character. My password has all that....several of each. Get you act together BCBS!

always frustrating. The fingerprint login does not work. I can set the little slider to turn it on but then if I try to login it says my username or password is incorrect. Turn off the little slider and enter my password and I can login with the 2-factor code. only works for medical - not pharmacy (even though there's a button for that) couldn't request a GOB because the check-in TIME wouldn't enter anything. can't select an image or edit permissions to do so.

After fighting to get a password that actually works it now tells me its Invalid after I litterally just registered with it. Fepblu is the absolute worst. Can't reset my password cause i dont exist anymore. Can't call customer support cause the number doesn't exist except in the app. Can't do nothing. avoid at all costs.
