This app provides excellent person to person service when directly contacted but actually using the app for anything else is very difficult. All of the contract info for clinics was outdated and out of order. Very frustrating experience! But again, their person to person service was very direct, helpful and immediate.

Unable to login to latest app version, just keeps returning to login page. No problem logging into website. Frustrating. EDIT 9/29/23 App updated, still impossible to login.

It does not appear that the app works on Android?!?! It lets me try to log in but then say they are having trouble with me logging in? I can log in fine on the website.
