There is no way to get to a claim form because the website is so bad, it tells you to find the 'member hub' but for my plan it is a different website and I found no way to file a claim with the website. Why can't they just put a pdf link in the FAQ section? Anyway I tried to do it on the app but there is no pharmacy option, only Doctor or Hospital visit, but I never visited a doctor or hospital for my thing! Getting Geoblue to even give the tiny amount of money they are meant to cover for my needs is like trying to get blood from a stone!
Hilarious app The people who thought this app up must have never used an app in their life. Why the hell would you put push notifications for news on a medical insurance app??? JUST be an insurance app. Nothing else. Completely stupid.
Horrible app experience Username = email address? Took my a while to figure that out. Birthday registration only when clicking 100 times back (for real, month by month). It's the small things that matter...
