So I'm trying to register as a new user. When asked the birthdate, it doesn't allow manual entry but only left and right navigation by month. So if now is May 2019 and my birth month Jan 1974, i calculated that i have to click about 532 times the left button. I got distracted at about 200+ times and it got reset back to May 2019. I gave up registering here and switched to iPhone app instead!

I am sorry that you found the registration process on Android frustrating. Touching the year in the upper left of the screen will bring up a new screen that lets you scroll rapidly through the years. In this way, one can get quickly get to the correct year without having to jump backward a month at a time. CustomerService@geo-blue.com

Unable to login to latest app version, just keeps returning to login page. No problem logging into website. Frustrating. EDIT 9/29/23 App updated, still impossible to login. EDIT 3/11/24 Have discovered by accident that the user ID must be the email address or login is impossible. Nowhere is this mentioned, which can only cause confusion.

It's okay for finding providers but it's generally pretty frustrating otherwise. For example, it keeps telling me to attach a policy to the app when I've already got one. It keeps losing the fingerprint login capability. It's just a generally frustrating experience.
