I love it. Helps fighting anxiety. There is only one thing I could add to the settings. It's the possibly to stop tracing progress. I know it might sound silly but sometimes i feel under pressure to do stuff each day and it blocks me. I cannot restart my progress and customise my homepage. It would be great to be able to create your own home page with revelant to me courses.

Thank you Sue Ryder for allowing me to access the grief based stuff on Headspace during a difficult time. I used the app every day but quickly depleted the content that felt relevant to me. It feels wholly geared towards an American market and one of a certain political leaning. Personally I find apolitical UK/European voices relaxing, maybe what I'm looking for is on the app but a poor UI and advanced search function let's it down.

I used Headspace around 2017 and although it ran out of content after the 356 day course, that core remains very good. In the years since, later teams have created a bulging and directionless content platform. There's now a homepage that chucks irrelevant stuff at you and can't be customized to your personal needs and interests. The stuff I find valuable is now 3-4 screens deep in the app. The distractions littering the UI add pebbles to your shoes for the next steps of your meditation journey.

What's new

A steady meditation practice can calm the mind. But sometimes a bug appears in the app and it distracts us. We removed that bug from this latest version, and we already feel more at ease.
