It's a shame that there appears to no longer be any free meditation options. I used to use the app frequently and decided to pick it back up again. I was disappointed to see I have to subscribe. The free 10-15 minute meditations were perfect. I understand needing to make money, but I think some free options should have reminded for those that needed it most.

We still offer free content outside of the app on social media channels like YouTube, Snapchat, and Instagram, plus our podcast Radio Headspace and our series on Netflix.

Amazing customer service! I signed up online and on the app somehow so I got charged twice. I contacted them and was reimbursed for the duplicate charge within 24 hours, they are great! I LOVE the app! It's helped me so much with sleeping, when I get mad, and also with anxiety. I use the sleep sounds and/or the wind down options and it keeps going when my screen goes to sleep, it doesn't kill my battery. Love and recommend a lot! I have an Android phone.

very relaxing and helpful. User friendly interface and well organized meditations. Some of the images are cute, all are simple and calmimg. I don't have much experience meditating, and I feel like this is a good start for a beginner, or a great supplement for someone more experienced. I like that some meditations allow you to adjust the length to suit your need at they particular moment. The daily recommendations are also nice. Works as advertised, which is saying something these days.

A steady meditation practice can calm the mind. But sometimes a bug appears in the app and it distracts us. We removed that bug from this latest version, and we already feel more at ease.
