I've been needing to delete my account for months now since I don't live in the UK anymore. But no matter how many times I change my password, try to log in through my laptop or phone (app) it won't allow me to log in. It keeps saying that there's an issue with the website and to try it again later, but it's been saying that for almost a year now. This website and app is complete garbage and useless. Customer service is also unreliable and unhelpful.

No signal, no WiFi calling, coverage maps are a pack of lies and customer care experts answer questions you never asked. Only good experience was the ease of installation of eSIM and signing up, which was surprisingly easy and simple to do. Unfortunately the no signal and no WiFi are deal breakers, so I've cancelled the plan and deleted eSIM

All most 12 months now. This APP DOES NOT WORK. Big yellow LOG IN Button I press it and all it does is BUFFER. FIX IT FFS 2/8/25 This App still does not work. Still the same problem. I've uninstalled updated ect ect it does not work. 14/12/24 New phone CMF Phone 1. App loads up I click the yellow login button and then it stays in buffering, it's been 10mins already still buffering. I've restarted phone deleted and reinstalled the Giffgaff app. Also your webpage has empty white boxes, fix it.
