Ratings and reviews

They charge money for a subscription which gets activated just by using the app. This charge is totally hidden and no communication of additional purchase is notified by mail, nor the option to unsubscribe before getting charged. It doesn't show up as a scheduled payment in the bank account. You can only recognize the overcharge by yourself. Moreover, they do not provide refunds because, as they point out: "the consumer has the right to unsubscribe". (At least let him know) Shame on you.

This app has a wide range of food, from italian cuisine to japanese to fast food, but the custoner support is really bad. Don't expect them to reply to you or to find a solution to your problems or refund for the food that was delivered badly or missing, because they ain't doing nothing about it. That's the bad thing about Glovo. It used to be better: customer support always in reach to help you. Now? It's like it doesn't even exist anymore. So disappointed.

It's a very good app and concept whenever it works, but it's hell when something goes wrong. I've had around 5 negative experiences. Their customer support is VERY bad, they used to have a phone number but no longer as "they were getting too many calls" (this is what I got told by a Glover who was trying to help me solve an issue with my order - they can't contact support either BTW). You send an email and receive a reply many days later. Good restaurant selection but better apps out there.
