Quality of support is terrible. Glovo takes your order, knowing they won't be able to deliver. Then they delay your delivery 3 times by 20mins each. They turn off support chat during this so you can't contact them. If you try to cancel order, you get charged in full. Once they deliver, after you already eaten something else, they charge you full price for uneatable cold food.

Glovo provides an option to send deliveries to other people by providing their details. I gave the deiliver details for a friend. Then I got a notification that the order was canceled, saying nobody was at the address. However, nobody called either of us. They just marked it as canceled and charged me the amount. Glovo support said that they would get back to me and told me that they would not refund it. I got scammed out of money since the delivery person canceled the order without calling us.

What smart developer decided to show restaurants based on radius? I want to order from a certain restaurant and pick it up on my way to work, but because the address is set as my home - it won't even list the restaurant when I search for it I have to change my location, so I can access the restaurant. What a lousy broken app is this - denying me the choice of restaurants based on my location, when I want to pick it up myself. Even 1 star is too much for you.
