This is your convenient tool to help simplify, add control and reach your vehicle’s full potential. Stay in touch and in command — whether you’re in your vehicle or out. Access helpful features like remote commands right on your home screen and even check the estimated fuel level or charge status of your electric vehicle.

Start by logging in with your GMC Account or OnStar username and password. Services are not available everywhere, and feature availability and functionality may vary by country. The myGMC mobile app* is supported on Android 9 and above and is only available in North America, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Bahrain.

Remote Commands**
Your key fob is conveniently located on your home screen. You can lock and unlock your doors or warm up your car on a cold morning.

Check your vehicle’s status to monitor fuel level, oil life, tire pressure and more, making it easy for you to stay on top of your vehicle’s health and schedule service with your participating Dealer without leaving the app.

No stars unfortunately, as all of the other negative reviews posted the last 2 or 3 years. I have the issues everyone else is having and have had the last 3 months. According to all other posts everything works good for a few months then crashes. Almost seems intentional kinda frustrating when you go through and read all the reviews dating back a couple years. I myself have un-installed and re-installed app multiple times. I am not emailing about it does no good.

I am extraordinarily disappointed with this app. It used to function beautifully. Now, it displays incorrect vehicle status information that is from February. OnStar Tech Support has been of absolutely no help. I followed their initial instructions to the letter with NO result - twice. Uninstalling / reinstalling DOES NOTHING. Nor does clearing Cache OR Memory Data. I was told I would hear from Customer Service in 3 to 5 business days. That was 10 business days ago.

I loved this app the first 4 months of having it. I've now owned my vehicle a year and the app just stopped working. I'm not sure if there was an update or what. When I open the app it will show the control options but the only options available to use are lock and unlock. I live where it's really cold in the winter so being able to start my vehicle wherever I may be without having to be in sight of it is extremely useful. The way the app has been I can't do this.
