Very poor functionality. Response times are so slow that they sometimes feel non-existent. Logs out frequently. No notification history so if the doors actually locked you can't tell if you missed the alert. Can't shut the car off once you turn it on. In fact, there's more things you can't do with this app than what you can do. No windows. No customization.

You would think, during the 3 yr free trial, you would want your app to work, just to goat-roap customers in to the paid subscriptions. The remote start from the app consistently fails, all while I can see my truck and the key fob remote start works. This app is trash. -- Edited to add response from app developer-- I appreciate the quick response to uninstall/reinstall the app, but I've done that. the face of the matter is gnat the commands fail 9/10 times.

I would like to see a service schedule chart added, indicating the mileage that specific services are required. Then when the vehicle is within a certain distance of the service, there is a red wrench or something to click to see what is due on it. Otherwise, this app works well, as I've tried many of its features already. Not sure I will be keeping OnStar due to the expense, however. edit/update: renewed OnStar but no functions on the app? Paid $300 for the PROTECT plan. Dumb. 3 stars now.
