Flaky! It disconnects from hearing aids overnight, and you have to go through a complicated & lengthy pairing process using the charging base. After you connect to your hearing aids, the app wants to download something from the servers and that sometimes fails. Then you're stuck with the 3 pre-programmed settings & no usable app. Had to uninstall/reinstall app. Each time you pair your hearing aids, you lose all of your prior personal settings. So those have to be reprogrammed. Total PIA.

This app is unbelievably bad. It deserves negative stars. Fails to connect to the hearing aids most of the time. For hearing aids that cost $7,000 a pair, it's dispicable that the quality of programming is so poor, considering my $30 Bluetooth earpiece connects every single time without fail. Shameful. New update- I worked with the manufacturer tech support for 30 minutes and they tried a bunch of things but couldn't fix it, I don't even think they understand how it works or what is wrong.
