Very basic features but it's easy to use and user-friendly. I love using Auracast. The app connects Quickly and every time. No issues. I wish I could make more adjustments myself in the app instead of going to my fitter for every little thing. I wish I could fine tune being in a restaurant. Quite often I select "Hear in noise" in the app, and the background quiets only slightly, and I still can't hear everybody at my table because there's too much going on around me.

I haven't connected the app to my HAs in a while because I don't find it very useful. Today when I tried to connect, the HAs won't connect to the app. The app says my Bluetooth is not on, which is false. I have no trouble connecting this phone to other devices, but the HAs can no longer be found by the app or my phone. No point asking for help at Costco. When I bought these 2 yrs ago the woman told me I'd be able to stream music. After I paid, she told me my phone wasn't on the list.

App will not stay connected to hearing aids. It seems like every other day the app resets and asks if I have hearing aids even though the voice calls will be received to the hearing aid. I just want to have better control of sound that I can only get through the app. I would rather not have music or phone calls streamed through these things but.... any help would be appreciated.
