About this app

The Enhance Pro app lets you control your hearing aids directly from your mobile device. You can change programs, and make simple or more advanced sound adjustments and save them as favorites. The app helps you learn what you can do and how to do it. It can even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them. Last, but not least, you can have your hearing care professional update your hearing aid programs and send you new hearing aid software without taking a trip to the clinic.

Enhance Pro device compatibility:
Please consult the Enhance Pro app website for up-to-date compatibility information: www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-enhance-pro-compatibility

Use the Enhance Pro app to:
• Connect compatible hearing aids to compatible Android devices for direct audio streaming*

*If your hearing aids support direct audio streaming, you can find a menu called ‘Direct Audio Streaming’ in the app’s My Enhance Pro menu to learn if your phone supports direct audio streaming.

Generally, the app works well to control the hearing aids. However, I would like to be able to turn off the notifications about disconnection which are often inaccurate and EXTREMELY AGGRAVATING when I want to sit quietly or go to bed. I have gone so far as to disconnect the app, which isn't practical of course. But these continuing beeps make me ANGRY. You should be able to do something about this feature.

I have an Android S25. The sound for the hearing aids go in and out. When I have the Bluetooth connected then notification and call sounds do not come through my hearing aids or through my phone. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I read where my phone is not very compatible with the app. That's an understatement! I spend this much money, I expect it to work.

The hearing aids work fine. The app does not. Right as we speak, it refuses to open and I've done everything I can do a 1000 times. am totally sick to death of a failure app. Helpline tells me I need to find a neighbor to call them, because obviously I can't fix the app while i'm on it. It doesn't open, doesn't allow for adjustments, cuts out randomly and ping's my phone a 100 times in a row because it's trying to reconnect, or whatever. Who knows? You need to get your app act together.
