Ratings and reviews

The button to clear junk files no longer works, and reporting it has done nothing to provide a solution. All I can do, I guess, is watch unneeded stuff pile up in my phone because I can't make Files erase any of it. It'd be nice if Google fixed this issue -- I'm far from the only person who's noticed this and is unable to delete junk files off their phone.

the clean button no longer cleans my junk files. I've done all the troubleshooting and still having an issue. it seems to only affect newer phones. I have an older phone I use wifi only and it works fine. not sure what the issue is. thought the updates would fix it, but I'm still having issues. it lights up when tapped on, but does nothing. please figure out what the problem is and fix it if possible.

Major flaw: When clicking on the image category on the main screen and then moving photos, it will not even show my external USB drive, which is correctly connected. But the USB flash drive shows up on the main screen! How did you guys even miss this? And this happens with multiple flash drives and it's definitely not a problem on my end. The smartphone is recognizing the flash drive.
