For those of us having the issue of not being able to change the Webview Provider I have found a solution. I was having the same issue (Uninstalled for user DUAL_APP). I deleted all my data from Dual Messenger in Settings and then deactivated the feature. Cleared all cache and then restarted my phone and went back into the Webview Dev app. I was now getting a message of (Uninstalled for user Secure_Folder). So I repeated the same steps for my Secure Folder. I was then able to change providers.

Great. For anyone having problems switching their provider to this app you have to go into your settings go to the about phone options click on build number seven times it'll count down until it says you are now developer exit out of that and on older Android devices go all the way down underneath about phone and it should say Developer settings. Click that go down to where it says system webview you might have to scroll a couple times to find it click on it and switch app and there you go.

For any Samsung user with Secure Folder enabled, who are unable to change provider as it greyedout, just go to secure folder, add webview beta then change it in secure folder environment, it will automatically change outside too.
