The app has plenty of room for improvement. Tracking frequently goes yellow or red. The updates get Android errors, The trip notifications will come after expired. Shift opportunities will come up after the shift start time and then it will show you being late for a shift if you accept. Then you get empty message boxes with Dimiss or OK option to close it. The ID scan frequently fails, and when you have to go thru manual entry you get the message that you are required to scan it.

I'm very disappointed with the app updates (or lack thereof) and the direction of the company overall. I've been at gopuff for around 4 years. The pay, app, & everything in between has gotten progressively worse. The driver support service and app updates are also getting progressively worse, but no surprise there. I can't even implement the new update because the app won't let me update it. I'm thinking about moving on because they clearly don't care about the drivers since we're expendable.

App is terrible and barely usable. I'm not sure what would possess IT (or whoever it is) to push an app update through at 11am AZ-MST time, but that was beyond moronic. Updates should be pushed through in the early hours of the morning when the Gopuff/BevMo facilities are closed. The app has been bugging out ever since and is making it impossible to complete my block shift.
