So bad that it can't tell me what's wrong with my account... my card was charged for the verification process and it was correctly verified after filling in the last 3 numbers..and still got cancelled. I tried to place another order to pay by cash and even that got cancelled. And then I get shown a video of how to verify my card (which I already did) and the terms and conditions. Like 10k pages. UPDATE: I'm able to order again, by paying cash. Changed to 3 stars.

They allow fake restaurants on there that scam people out of money. The best part? When you contact customer support they say it's out of their hands to contact the restaurant. They seriously give you a number to a restaurant that doesn't exist. You know what happens when you call that number? Nothing cause it's a fake number and it tells you dial again. Thank God I used my credit card. Way easier to do a charge back than deal with rappi's nonsense. Don't waste your time or money with this app.

What happened recently is truly dispicable... I use a US credit card, and had my payment settings to charge in the local currency. Letting your credit card company take care of the currency conversion always on the cheapest option. Well, I try to put in an order like always, I hit the order button, and a really sneaky popup comes up saying they changed my payment currency to USD with a +50% price markup. Truly shameful tactic.
