Ratings and reviews

Love the idea of Bybil and we use it regularly however the app is confusing in places, particularly when you buy minute packages. It isn't clear which you have used and which have expired. So when it says e.g 50 minutes left, you have no idea which package or free minute bonus they are taking that number from. A simple fix would be to archive packages that have been used or expired, so only packages with minutes left are visible. Reminders to use expiring minutes would also be a nice touch. 👍

I would appreciate more support when finding a parking spot. Suggested parking spots would be of great help. I am not able to see other GM cars on the map - indication of a possible parking spot. Only after I end the ride. Also, I suggest making the first and last minute of the ride free of charge (or charge only the time when the vehicle actually moving) I find it quite unfair to pay for the time when adjusting the seat/familiarizing with the car/checking if I didn't forget anything.

The satellite zones are punishing in terms of there often being a low amount of cars due to the dropoff fee at the end of a trip. In addition, the dropoff fee not being charged in minutes means you can have a ton of prepaid minutes and still get charged for each trip you end in a plus zone. Furthermore a lot of the cars are in bad condition, in particular with respect to the tires, so you sometimes have to check out 2-3 cars before finding one with no tire damage. Overall, not reliable enough.
