Love the idea of Bybil and we use it regularly however the app is confusing in places, particularly when you buy minute packages. It isn't clear which you have used and which have expired. So when it says e.g 50 minutes left, you have no idea which package or free minute bonus they are taking that number from. A simple fix would be to archive packages that have been used or expired, so only packages with minutes left are visible. Reminders to use expiring minutes would also be a nice touch. 👍

The satellite zones are punishing in terms of there often being a low amount of cars due to the dropoff fee at the end of a trip. In addition, the dropoff fee not being charged in minutes means you can have a ton of prepaid minutes and still get charged for each trip you end in a plus zone. Furthermore a lot of the cars are in bad condition, in particular with respect to the tires, so you sometimes have to check out 2-3 cars before finding one with no tire damage. Overall, not reliable enough.

It was a good service, but ever since their main competitor shut down they've gotten worse. You used to be able to get a refund if you forgot to end your trip. No more of that, if it's happened more than once. Prices used to be better. They've been increased. For all products pretty much. Also, don't let them pay parking fines for you. I foolishly listened to the customer support and received an increased fine for letting them handle it. Which also took them almost 3 months to handle.
