Welcome to MyGreenSpace, your clinical trial companion powered by Greenphire.

MyGreenSpace is the central hub where you can access information and perform key tasks related to your clinical trial, including the following:
- View financial details for study payments received
- Upload receipts to request reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses
- Complete eConsent
- Complete surveys & trackers issued by your study coordinator
- View study-related insights and resources

Note that what you can see and do within the MyGreenSpace app depends on the features that are enabled for the study in which you are participating.

To access MyGreenSpace, you must be invited via email by your clinical trial Study Coordinator.

Once your account has been set up, download the MyGreenSpace app and log in using your username and password.

this app is the literal worst. asks for log in then minimises back to desktop. switch window to app, asks for login again. lets me log in and gives me the message "user not logged in". switch between this windows and try to force stop the app. run app again, same result. repeat many times finally logs in and gives me the message "sorry an error has occurred please try again later". wish I didn't have to use this. Samsung a52s.

This app is absolutely trash. It constantly crashes and will not let you log in. When it does let you enter the app, it errors "user not found". Customer support just tells you nothing is wrong. Needs some major adjustments. Also customer support will hang up on you constantly. This company is a joke.
