I've been complaining about this to the staffs but Idk if they report it back. The issue I've been suffering this case of "App stopped working" as soon as I topped up. At that time, I have already filled in my passcode and as soon as I did that, the app stopped working. It's incredibly frustrating. I can't top up efficiently unless I uninstalled and installed it again. I can't keep doing this everytime I top up. Ironically, it doesn't happen when I transfer money nor while using "bank in".

It needs to be a simple user interface. Doing unnecessary confirmation twice is annoying for the user. In addition, there is a network error when filling the phone bill. The transaction history needs to be corrected from the beginning.

It's not good, I can't pay the meter bill, there are many problems.
