The app is not user friendly and the service offered to customers is awful. I went to a gym included in the plan, they refused to let me in as there were limitations on the hours, and I can't cancel the check in anymore (i did ask the gym to refuse so I can change but neither of us could do it). So, I've lost my daily access thanks to this awful thing calles Gympass. Also, there's no way to fix something like this in less than 1 hour, customer service is inexistent. I really miss Andjoy.

The app is not working well. I can not see the dashboard of my payments or my plan management. Now it is said that we have access to other apps subscription for free and I downloaded the app '8fit' few months ago, and this apps charge 29,99€ in my card, with not reason or authorization. I am very disappointed with this! If someone have had some similar experience, please let me know if you got a solution. Thanks

The app is improving service but it's still too basic compared to others like Classpass or Andjoy. Until most gyms let you book sessions through the app, it'll be a bad UX, bc you need to check their website or call them one by one. It's hard to look for classes, the activity finder is terrible: can't see all activities within gyms in my subscription, can't filter by an activity, gym or city area, can't filter out personal trainers... Lots of things to improve!
