the app works... some times. You have to be basically in the gym lobby for the location to pick up the gym you want a bar code to access. It takes a solid 25 seconds to load the bar code, so you are always waiting. Then there are many times when it has an error and it takes longer. The times it doesn't work is about 1 in 20. The service works on being a perpetual visitor, so it causes issues with subscription services.

you cant even see what the plans are without installing the app, which automatically makes me not trust this company. but after installing the app, it won't load. set all the permissions and log in and .... nothing. just a load screen for minutes. edit: tell that to your employee sign in page. when you click for more info, it forces you to download the app. there's no option to see what is even included in the plan. thank you for the link so I can at least get the info.

The location service on the app is unreliable. This wouldn't be a big problem except the app must see that you are close to the gym to allow you to check in. I've missed multiple workouts because I couldn't check in on the app while right in front of the gym. The app thought I was somewhere else entirely. None of the other apps I use which require location have this problem. So frustrating!
