terrible! the app has not worked for nearly 1 year, I cannot find any guidance anywhere to help me fix rhe issue, the DVR appears to be working as I can see the live footage and playback on the TV, but my mobile app, will not connect to the camera, no footage, no playback, even had my installer back to the house 3 times to try and fix the issue, even he does not know what is wrong with it, i would like someone to contact me and get to the bottom of the issue!

App suddenly does not record morion detection. Was working then quit. ch 2/3/4 keep resetting themselves to off. Spent a good portion of the afternoon with their tech support. App still not working correctly. This system is buggy and should not have been released until fully tested. Many options are greyed out so you can' t set ie motion sensitivity. All in all not a good experience. Nov. 11 the system records everything. How do i ser itbup to only record on motion.
