Absolute nightmare. Won't run on the latest samsung or Google phones, won't switch between 1 and 6 cameras without closing the app, won't switch into HD mode, won't playback recorded cctv or motion alert videos. Looking for another app to run my access Domar cctv system let down by this atrocious app.... Samsung Note 20 Samsung Fold 4 and Google pixel 7 all tried and failed to run Bitvison, uninstalled and installed numerous times but to no avail. I would give it a zero if possible.

App is unreliable, cameras are always offline. When I contacted support I was told to reboot the system. Works half the time. Motion detection does not alert me. All the features that were advertised is a total sham. Worse app ever.

Temperamental. I keep getting movement detection alerts when nothing is there. And no body movement alerts in the dark or sometimes during the day. I have tried walking out in the dark myself and it doesn't catch a picture of me. Can you help? Thanks
