I hate the new update. My husband and I share an account and the text verification EVERY single time we want to log into the account is excessive. Also, there is no option to drop down and choose which number the text goes to so it always goes to "the primary" number which can only be one!! Very frustrating we have to call each other to get code everytime we want to check account.

Seriously!!? this app is garbage and should be an embarrassment to the developers!! it is constantly disconnecting from accounts which defeats the whole purpose of the app!! like for example right now I can't get in my Whitney checking account savings account or my other savings account!! I could maybe understand not being able to get into an external account but I can't even get into my Whitney account on the Whitney app?? in theory it is a good app but in practice it is complete trash!!

Like the old app this one asks to send a code EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I log in. Biometrics, strong password, doesn't matter. I must get sent a code 100% of log ins. Getting to the point I'm just going to uninstall. It's absolutely ridiculous.
